Where mats are made up of several sections joints at 90 deg. to the strip direction will be made using T-bars. Where possible such joints will be kept clear of the main flow of traffic. *Mat section sizes below are given as a guide. Generally, mat sections are made to a maximum weight 30kg for ease of handling when maintaining or turning mats.
